What if Dash provided a distraction effect to be more annoying? Either Something like Daring Decoy Or a defense reduction while he’s adjacent, so his family can attack better?
INCREDIBLY DISTRACTING
Figures engaged with Dash cannot attack other Superhumans you control. When Dash defends against an attack, and you roll at least one blank, Dash takes no damage and may immediately move up to 2 spaces.

Amazo was first to engage and attack Violet, Incredible steps up with his Heroic Duty and blocks the attack. Dash attempts an attack on Amazo but is unable to cause any harm, Violet takes this opportunity to leave engagement from Amazo and attempt an attack of her own but misses.
Incredible grapples with Amazo and attacks, Amazo blocks. Amazo retaliates and summons some Green Lantern strength but the attack is blocked by Incredible. Dash speeds in and attacks Amazo with a lucky, but minor hit, while Violet tries to attack Amazo as well but is blocked. Amazo targets Dash but Speed Dodges away from the attack. Echo joins the fight Mimicing Incredible and attacking Amazo.
Amazo moves and uses his Amazing Lasso on Dash and attacks dealing a fatal punch taking Dash out of the fight. Incredible grapples Amazo again, removing him from height, and attempts another attack which is blocked. Amazo then focuses on Violet, delivering another fatal blow knocking Violet out of the fight as well. Amazo then uses a Super Speed Special to attack Mimic and Incredible. Echo attacks Amazo again.
Amazo and Incredible continue attacking each other but with blocks and minor hits. Echo joins in but is blocked, Amazo retaliates and beats Echo down.
In the final round, Incredible and Amazo continue to exchange blows until Incredible finally emerges victorious over the beaten down android.

Dash is the first to initiate combat attacking Avalanche, Violet follows her brother and attempts to attack Avalanche as well, but misses. Avalanche causes an Earthquake which caused minor harm on America, Dash Speed Dodges while Violet blocks. Falcon flies in and attacks Avalanche.
Toad advances and uses his Tongue Lash on Dash placing him between himself and Blob. America throws his shield knocking Out Avalanche, harming Toad, and bouncing off of Blobs Blubber. Mystique closes in and attacks Falcon and Dash delivers a knockout punch of Toad taking him out of the fight while Violet moved in to protect her brother. Flash speeds in and engages Mystique.
America continues his Shield Throw, this time targetting Pyro and Blob. Minor effect on Pyro and bounces off the Blobs belly again. Pyro steps up and attacks Falcon and Violet with his Living Flames which burns Violet and takes Falcon out of the fight. Dash attempts to attack Blob with Violet assisting by landing an attack of her own. Magneto swoops in and Magnetic Throws Violet dealing damage and removing her from the fight. Stargirl joins the fight by attacking Pyro.
Pyro targets America with his living flames but is blocked by Stargirls Protective Force Field. America retaliates by attacking Pyro and removing him from the fight. Magneto attacks America while Dash finally delivers a minor hit on Blob. Blob continues to try and hit Dash as Flash attacks Mystique.
Magneto focuses on Flash and attacks while America throws his shield hitting Magneto. Mystique attempts an attack on Flash while Dash continues to try and land another hit on Blob. Blob finally ends Dash but meets his own end at the hands of Stargirl.
America and Magneto exchange blocked blows with each other as Mystique attacks Flash but is blocked by Stargirls Protective Force Field. Magneto magnetically throws Flash slamming him hard onto the ground while America takes out Mystique.
America and Magneto lock onto each other again, many blocked attacks and minor hits. Magneto was about to deliver a fatal attack on America but is blocked by Stargirls Protective Force Field giving America the opportunity to end the fight by taking Magneto out.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY:
Dash is definitely, in my opinion, a character that will be carried by a big heavy hitter and probably not seeing the end of the fight if not making constant Speed Dodges. Incredible Sibling ability is excellent in keeping Violet in close proximity of Dash and any other team figures that require shielding. I feel Dash could get away with an extra attack die being 10 pts under Kid Flash. Enjoyable and looking forward to the final members of the Incredible family joining in on the fight.
I'm not feeling the attack boost is needed. I think full bonding is what we needed here. Hoping AlexH gets me his results soon. He completed one test, may just ask for that and move forward here.
Yea I'm pretty happy with Dash as is right now. Just figured I would take that test from him and not wait on the second army test before moving forward.
