Character Bio - After
Eddie Brock lost the Venom symbiote to
Mac Gargan, he started deteriorating due to cancer. He got a job at a soup kitchen run by Mr. Negative, who used his touch to cure Brock of his cancer. Mac Gargan attacked Eddie later, and the Venom symbiote tried to reunite with Eddie. With Mr. Negative's power coursing through Eddie's body, it reacted with the Venom symbiote, creating a "negative" of it - the Anti-Venom. The Anti-Venom suit has miraculous healing powers, able to cure even drug dependencies and addictions, along with most normal symbiote powers. Eddie used these powers to help
Spider-Man defeat
Norman Osborn's Thunderbolts, and also heal the sick and addicted.
