Shopping for SoV/C3V minis

Having a tough time finding somewhere that can sell me the skeleton squads. Any suggestions on where to buy (too lazy and tired to surf through 20 more sites)?

Miniature Market sells both the Abysmal Skull and the Necromancer Skull Unit Boxes, which each include one Skull warrior and a single squad of Skeleton Thralls. As well, they carry the Rams Army Box, which includes 4 squads of skeletons, some other future releases, and a REALLY COOL LOOKING GIANT SKULL THINGY.

Sorry. It looks awesome.

I'm not positive, but I'm fairly certain that C3V has never officially said that they are going to use anything in the RAM box besides the skeletons and the skull uncommon heroes. I was hoping someone from C3V might comment on this soon. The C3V has always gone for figures that are both readily available and affordable. It seems to me that RAM has largely left this arena. Are there plans to use anything else from RAM? Should we shell out for the army box or go for smaller sets to save cash?

I can say that units from the Ram Box are in discussion and even in design currently (though not finalized, iirc). Availability is an issue, always is, but we'd like to try to use the Ram if we can, since we know that many of the Rams have been sold to and purchased by C3Vers already. (Man, I hate having to rely on a fickle supply of secondhand minis...)

BTW, while I looking to see if more Ram Boxes are out there, I found over ten AT-43 Strielitz Kolossus sets on EBAY for 5.95 each...in case anyone's interested. ;)

Also, this might be a good proxy from the WarHammer 40,000 line:
Tyranid Hormagaunt box (12 figures, must be assembled & painted)

I don't know how they compare, scale-wise.
Actually I've been looking into these figures for a while and have already started making cards for them of course by now somebody else may have already... though I'm unsure of how they'd fit into the Marro army... I was thinking of calling them Marro Rippers or something along those lines and making them predators similar to Grok Riders, high Move and such. Also the Tyranid Termagants may be an interesting addition... if anybody is a fan of the Marro they should take a look at any of the Tyranid broods.

And now I eat my words.

Oh, I think you'll find there will be more use out of the RAM box.

So I was browsing around the web, and saw on this page that Miniature Market did a year-end sale starting January 1 last year. Here's hoping they do it again!

Anywhere I can find the Phemera Omega box? I can only seem to find the Alpha's online, and I'm no good at repainting, otherwise I'd go for those.

That's all I've seen around recently. The Omegas have been gone for a while. I think your best bet is to try to trade some of those skeletons from your new RAM box ;).

While we talking about this though, does anyone have a good guide, or at least good paint colors to get to repaint Alphas? I've been thinking about grabbing a box of Alphas and painting them to supplement my single box of Omegas.

Rocktroll did his Alpha's, painting them into Omega's. I don't know that he's posted an advanced tutorial however. That might be my only hope.

I went to Portland OR today and went to Gaurdian games the LFGS there. They have battle droids to use for zettian infantry there but more importantly I saw they had a terror wight on the counter so I asked an employee to get me one and I saw that they had at least twenty in storage. I didn't have enough money to get allof them to trade but I got enough for myself. If you go to Portland OR you should go see Gaurdian games to get some $3 terror wights.

Ill post a simple step by step repaint guide for the phemoras this week :)

Ill use craft store paints and brushes.

Troll and Toad, Auggies, Cool Stuff Inc, and Miniature Market all seem to be out of the Human Scoundrel for the M-43's. Has anybody else seen them recently?

Try searching Strike Zone on Google. I can't remember at the moment if the site is called that or strike zone online. They have a lot of neat minis, though it can be hard to navigate the site. That's were I got a lot of my C3V figures.

2 available here. RPG Locker. DnD and Star Wars Minis. $3.50 or $5.50 flat rate shipping. Reliable.

12 available here. Strikezone Online. Various shipping rates. Can get a very low shipping rate if you don't want insurance or confirmation number. Also a reliable seller.

Edit: :ninja: ninja'd but I have the link!

I googled them and there is a french store selling Pherema Omegas. Only the shipping would probably be a bit costly. Price without shipping is roughly 10 american dollars.

I just cleaned out CoolStuffInc of pretty much all C3V wave 2 stuff:
Spoiler Alert!

Those figures you list aren't ALL in upcoming C3V waves, are they lefton4ya?

Guard of Mithral Hall, Drow Blademaster, Shieldwall Soldier, and all the Troglodytes ring no bells....
