REMINDER​

A "players meeting" will be held this Thursday, March 2nd @8pm CST on the Sir Heroscape Discord

For those participating in the CCL Qualifier #1, please attend as I will be covering what to expect on gameday, the agenda, FAQ's, answering questions and just overall making sure people are all on the same page. I'll be recording the call, so if you can't make it, then you'll still be able to watch.

Reminders!

Army submissions are now OPEN! Go to heroscape.org and submit your armies...or wait...but please make sure to submit no later than 30min prior to the event.

Tonight will be the "Players Meeting" on the Sir Heroscape discord. Please attend to cover important information for gameday and to cover FAQ's and ask any questions you may have. I'm hoping this will help us all get on the same page prior to the event.

What a great event this last weekend! Thanks to all who attended!!! We had 33 attendees and some great games.

Prizes have been issued and Qualifier 2 will be announced shortly. The date is SET though, so those interested should book it in the calendar for June 3rd @11am CST.

For those curious...the standings for the event can be found HERE.

And to help hype up those interested in participating...we gave out over $500 in prizes this weekend!!! That's pretty nuts! Definitely worth checkin' it out and coming and playing!

Format: *VC Rule of 9 - Restricted (410pts/NO Hex limit/NO Fig limit/A+ Banned)
When: Saturday June 3rd, 2023 @11am CST

*Restricted = all A+ Units Banned
*Rule of 9 = No more than 9 of any common figure
*NO HEX limit, NO Figure Limit
*VC Allowed


EDIT:
Additionally, after some thought and feedback...the following are now in effect:
- 60min Round timer.

- No Exceptions for scheduling issues. If you are unable to complete the event, you will be dropped from the event. There will be 30+ people at these events (on average I hope) and it's just not fair to the other participants.

- Those who drop from the event will not be eligible for that events prizes. While I would hope people wouldn't do this...it's possible for someone to go undefeated, but drop the last round to maintain their placing/prizing (instead of losing the last round and jeopardizing their spot). To avoid this, we need to be harsh on this point. In order to prize for an event, you will be required to complete the event.

Hi all,

Just 24hrs away from the CCL #2 Qualifier kickoff! You still have time to sign-up. If you can make it, reach out to me personally and we can get you all registered, paid and ready to go.

Please remember to show up a little early to get "signed in" so I can confirm everyone is in attendance. As well, please make sure to submit your armies asap, so I can have "The Barracks" ready for you to pick them up during games tomorrow.

Pretty straightforward format here. VC included...Delta pricing. The only twist? You may only have 2 unit sizes represented in your Army. You can have no more than 240pts of 1 size represented. If one size equals 240 and the other equals 235...that's okay. Just no more than 240.

FORMAT:
Build 3, 250pt/10fig Armies. No figure duplicates between pods. VC Allowed, Classic Points.

SWISS BRACKET:
Players will play all 4 rounds of the event, BUT 1st round pairings will follow the Seeded Bracket matchups based on the Ranking of Season 1 finishers and auto-bids. Each round Winners will be pairing following the brackets schedule while losers will be randomly paired with someone else with the same record.

MAPS:
6 in the Pool, all previously used in prior Qualifiers during Season 1.
There will be a MAP BAN allowed for the Semis and the Finals. This will occur LIVE between the Tourney Director and the players prior to publishing the round pairings.
