ScapeCon IV: August 7-11, 2024

Today I have confirmed the ability to take off days between the 7th&12th of August. I just signed up and while I await payment instructions I’ll be composing an opportunity cost chart in order to determine how long I can and should stay at this fantastic event with you wonderful people. With 13 hours left of PTO to put toward Scapecon IV I have some decisions to make. Looking forward to seeing yall there, meeting some new folks, learning some things, and rolling skulls when I need shields.

That's great! I just sent out a last call and payment and hotel instructions one final time via email (through .org).
 
Sorry for the late notice but you can remove me from the wait list. I'm attending my first GenCon this year and unfortunately can't swing both. Thx!

We still have a few spots remaining for ScapeCon IV!

At this point, it is first come, first serve based on date of payment. Signing up on .org without paying does not reserve your spot.

To sign up and pay, you must PM me on HeroScapers.com. You must include the email address associated with your Heroscape.org account. If you do not have a Heroscape.org account, you must create one.

When do we find out what formats etc?

We dropped the events last year on June 12. I'd expect that we'll drop them at around the same time this year.

Per the email, please change orders to GenCon pickup. I will handle the rest- please do not involve customer service past that point
 
If you have not placed an order yet, please fill out the form previously sent.

If you have already placed an order, do not contact Renegade or me until you hear from me next. I am working on it. More instructions to follow.
 
To further clarify: if you are attending GenCon, you should handle your own order. I am handling this for everyone else (95% of ScapeCon attendees)
