Can you provide a link to these lengthy discussions on the matter?Ok I have a question for the rules committee since it has been debated for the past couple of days in the BOV thread.
Can the tower walls be placed directly on the table or do they need to sit on a base on top of another regular height tile (or other tower wall)?

About the walls on tables: I'm not sure it is a Rules Team decision. We can rule on it if you want but it might just be better to allow the BOV to control map based rulings.
Legality? I don't think they were intended to be used that way, but the BOV decides what is accepted on BOV maps, and outside of that we all own our games and can build our maps how we want. Under what circumstance would legality make any difference here?About the walls on tables: I'm not sure it is a Rules Team decision. I don't know if it is so much a BOV question but a matter of the legality of it in general.
This is the kind of question that really should not be here. This thread should not be filled with questions that can be easily answered by the community.Mind Blast doesn't need clear line of sight. Can it attack under an overhang?
Any newly placed figures are not affected by the original attack. How do 'explosion' powers work when attacking Marro Dividers?
J.........DE
Jordahwn (J), targets the Divider(D) with Rain of Flame. She rolls her attack dice. D rolls defense dice and recieves a wound. D rolls a 17 or higher and places a Divider on adjacent empty space E. Is the newly placed Divider affected by Rain of Flame?
As with all questions posted to this thread, now we have to have a pow-wow.Okay, this is a quickie, but we couldn't reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion:
Is there a requirement that you have an active dwarf hero in order for the Axegrinders to ignore them to get the +2 to move? Or conversely, could I draft 7xAxegrinders + Isamu and have all the Dwarves move 6?

I think this one is easy, we will consult and get back to youDear rules team,
How does Teleport Reinforcements interact with Sujoah's Poison Sting Special Attack?
Teleport Reinforcements works when Tul-Bak-Ra takes wounds from a special or normal attack, but is not destroyed.
One option is to tally up how many wounds Poison Sting does, make sure Tul-Bak-Ra is still alive when Poison Sting Special Attack ends and then Teleport Reinforcements equal to the number of wounds Tu-Bak-Ra took from the entire attack.
The other option is roll after every time Poison Sting does one damage, and Teleport a unit if appropriate until Poison Sting stops or Tul-Bak-Na dies.
The ruling for how Leaf of the Home Tree and Poison Sting interact seems to set precedent for the second interpretation. The ruling that splash damage does not affect the just Teleported troops might lead some credence to the first interpretation.
I agree with Grungebob. If I may be so bold, this isn't something like stacking water tiles that is specifically stated as a no-no. It might not be specifically prohibited by the rules, and I don't see why it should be prohibited. I think that a BoV decision to not allow it is something that the BoV judges should decide.Legality? There seems to be a curse on this quesion. I posted it in the wrong thread firstWhoops copy and pasted the wrong one.
Sujoah against Tul-Bak-Ra:
After each wound inflicted place one Marro figure then roll for poison damage. Continue one at a time placing a marro figure for each wound inflicted by Sujoah's poison unless that wound or a roll of 20 destroys Tul-Bak-Ra..
If a question cannot be answered by this friendly community and must be advanced to the next level, the Rules Team can help. Here is where we can place these kinds of rules questions.
