Make scenery items in this style for your Heroscape table using just paper, card and 5 mm foam-board. These "scatter" walls and fortifications can be placed anywhere, mimicking the style of the ruins that came with the first set.)

Instead of sculpting foam, which is tricky and takes quite a bit of artistic talent, I just cut little blocks of foam and stick them onto a makeshift frame using a hot-melt glue gun.

Not quick, but relatively easy, and fun to do. I hope you agree the results could grace any war-gaming table...

This page contains a video with detailed step-by-step instructions:

Re: Ragiggman's Ruins

Very cool video and very nice piece.

edit: just saw you wall post as well, rather than have a thread for each piece you make, why not just have a one terrain thread. Just a suggestion.

Re: Ragiggman's Ruins

Duh! I should have thought about that...
Sorry to be a pain, but I'm relatively new here, and can't find an FAQ about editing facilities or site etiquette... is there such a thing?
If not perhaps you could tell me.. can I move a post to another thread after the event?

Re: Ragiggman's Ruins

No but an administrator can. @quozl is usually up for such tasks.
Post links to what you want to combine.

Then you can update the first post and title to whatever is new.

Really cool terrain. So every brick is an individual piece? That is rather clever.
