I don't think a flip card is necessary, since he just becomes weakened.

Talked to Bats, and updated with this wording:
MASTER BLOW
If there are at least four wound markers on this card, you may roll 1 extra attack die for each wound marker when attacking with Black Bolt. Immediately after using Master Blow and until he is destroyed, Black Bolt can no longer use this special power or Flying, and his Move, Attack, and Defense are reduced by three.

Terrestrial Metamorph
You may draft other Unique Heroes named Beast Boy that do not have the Metahuman species. Those Beast Boy figures do not start the game on the battlefield. While taking a turn with Beast Boy, you may switch it with another Beast Boy figure in your army. Any Beast Boy figures you control may use the special powers on this card in addition to their own. Switched figures will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

Party Animal Titan
After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of a Unique Hero in your army that is named Beast Boy, instead of taking a turn with that Hero, you may roll 2 combat dice, or 3 combat dice if Beast Boy is engaged. For each skull rolled, you may take a turn with a Beast Boy you control switching figures after each turn. For each shield rolled, you may take a turn with any Titan or Sidekick you control. For each blank rolled, you may remove one wound marker from a Beast Boy figure you control. You may not take additional turns or activate the same figure more than once.

This is my attempt at a more dynamic Beast Boy. I wanted something that could use the existing beast forms, but have a more rapid change kind of feel.
 
We've recently been talking about Beast Boy in house, so this is a timely post. Our thoughts included changing up the beast form cards as well. Trying to figure out a way to repackage the whole experience so you can get more animal forms into play at a lower total price point.

That's exciting! I based mine off of Occult Batman, and regular Goku. The range of cool mechanics that the Team has developed over the years is really impressive. I'm sure you guys will come up with something very cool.
 
Interesting angle for sure. I'd be worried about adding that much potential turn bonding to the Titans Faction, though.

When attacking with Chainsaw Man's normal attack, all shields rolled count as extra skulls, and all blanks rolled count as unblockable hits on Chainsaw Man.

DEVIL REGENERATION
Subtract 1 from Chainsaw Man's Attack and Defense numbers for each Wound Marker on this card. Whenever a figure that isn't an Android or Construct adjacent to Chainsaw Man receives one or more wounds, remove a Wound Marker from this card.

Swinging back in for the first time in years with my latest fixation as a design

Denji's whole deal is that he's super strong, but loses strength the more blood he loses, but can heal by drinking blood. And also, chainsaws. I think the way the powers I've gone with function is fairly clear as a translation of all that.
 
I don't know this figure but my guess would be that he's going to have to be a lot of points.
 
I’d maybe do Attack 4 and then have his Cut Down To Size thing only subtract like…up to 3? Makes him a bit less swingy.
 
That's a pretty crazy design! I'm familiar with the character, definitely love it.

Is there any potential to make him bond with the slashers via class change?
 
First ability is going to keep him fairly in check with the self-wounds and thus lowering his stats by himself, IMO. Never found Leatherface too scary.

We're on US spelling, so you'll want Defense.

I'd probably try him in the mid 200s starting out, but spitballing on that one.

Per the description, should he have Super Strength?

As in changing his base class from Operative to Slasher or giving him a "this character can be a Slasher" ability? The latter I might be more open to but I think his base class being Operative (or maybe Agent) makes more sense for his role as a governmental employee killing demons. If I was going to make a Slasher/Tormentor/whatever version I'd probably opt to make his unrestrained form from later on its own separate card he can upgrade into a la Jean Grey/Phoenix/Dark Phoenix or Goku/Super Saiyan Goku.

Yeah, I overlooked Super Strength but yes he definitely should, he can bodily lift and throw cars.

WARP SPASMS
If there are two or more wound markers on this card, add 2 to the Move, Attack and Defense numbers listed on this card. While Warp Spasms is active, Slaine has the Super Strength special power, has the size and height of Large 7 and after moving normally must attack all adjacent figures, if possible.

DANU'S CHOSEN

If there are fewer than two Wound Markers on this card and Slaine would be destroyed, he instead receives two wounds.

He'd be fun in a Knights of Weston build. Or better yet, a Highland Champion! But for personality I would say "Berserk" instead of "Berserker." Personality should be an adjective, not a noun. Otherwise it looks great!

This is an old but favorite design of mine.
Never found a great readily available mini for him.
There are some really cool out of print ones though.
Maybe Slaine will get a chance in 2.0
 
Probably not a bad idea at all. Fresh C3G, fresh start. :) That way all the links in the OP will be to 2.0 designs.
