I logged onto Photobucket.com to upload some pics,
but got a 'Site Under Mainanence.' message. I noticed
this about 5 hours ago, and it's still happening. Is this
normal?

I just logged on with no problems.

You may want to try kill your internet temp files and cookies.

(edit.) and my images are NOT continueing to serve durring this
'short maintenance'.
