New England Heroscape Master Thread

Calling all New England Heroscape players! With the Renegade surge, players have been frequenting our events and locations have been popping up all over New England! This thread will try to centralize the happenings all here and provide links to event sign-ups.

So far we have:

Zack hosting events at TJ's Cafe and Games in Milford MA (every 2nd Saturday of the month Classic or VC event)
John hosting events at Chromatic Dragon Games in Somersworth NH (every 4th Saturday of the month Classic or VC event)
William hosting events at Weekend Anime and Games in Westbrook ME (1st Saturday casual learn to play, practice, scenarios. 3rd or 4th Saturday Contemporary Themed event)
Mike hosting games at The Battle Standard in East Windsor CT (North CT)
CT1924 hosting games at Battlegrounds Gaming in Norwalk CT (South CT)

All TO's should reserve a spot on this thread to post their next event here

Links to the tournament page will be posted here in lieu of details here. Most events use the Heroscape.org website for events but some are also on the Renegade Battle Network. Should an event be posted on both the default link will be provided from the Dot Org page unless the event plans to run through the Battle Network for Renegade sponsored events.

The Heroscape.org website has many tools we use such as the Army Builder, Events Hub, Map Search, Game tools, and gains additional tools per feedback and suggestions. It's worth a look!

Renegade is promoting a Store Championship event for a May-June 2025 window that we are looking to host at Weekend Anime and TJ's Cafe and Games. TJs Cafe and Games Store Championship has completed with a solid 27 players. Weekend Anime and Games will host the next and last Store Championship in the area. More details to come. In the meantime we will attempt to utilize the Heroscape Battle Network more if just to link to the Dot Org event page. The Store Championship (and other Renegade sponsored events) will almost indefinitely use the Battle Network.

Alright, we're live! I just found out about this group a couple of weeks ago, and since then, a ton of new folks have hopped into our Discord. Please come join us! I am excited to attend my first event in a decade on the 14th!
 
CT Event details up on .org. 10/19 at the Battle Standard. Come play!
 
I believe it has been changed to Northern CT now. This thread will try to be as broad as possible to accommodate future locations without much confusion. Thus far The Battle Standard will be denoted CT as long as that remains a unique identifier. Glad to have all these events so local!

We have events planned just about monthly for MA so if you can't make one month there will always be the next. Next month 3 locations will have events on different Saturdays so lots of happenings.

I assume you mean the link in the OP for the discord did not work. Well that stinks. I'll have to figure out how to get that to work with someone that isn't already on the discord
 
Not going to 100% commit just yet. But I did remind the 'house' about the 12th and how I wanted to go to the event in Milford. The response was "OK" (and the tone was positive). Looking good for the 12th. Is there a deadline to sign-up?

Edit: I should probably ask on the Discord. I forget it's there due to my disdain for that platform.
 
Woah, I know where Comic Boom is! I don't know anyone there, no idea who would have ran that.
 
Bumping this so it doesn't get lost. Edits for MA events being run every 2nd Sat of each month and NH events run every 4th Sat of every month. Due to holidays they do not have one this Sat but will resume in 2025.
 
We were shooting for Feb 8th for our next MA event still ironing out details but Feb 15th was an alternative date mentioned. Once date and event is confirmed I'll have it up here.
 
Bumping this to keep it fresh. We got a record 35 attendees at the last MA event! Events should be updated. Still awaiting info from Renegade for Store Championships pending for TJ's Cafe and Weekend Anime.
 
We've finalized the map pool and format for our April event in Massachusetts. Come on down! Last month, we had a record 35 attendees, and already have 20 signed up for this event.
