Time to start tying some people together. I think that one Student in particular shows actual leadership skills not only in the show but the hero mantle that he is taking on is known for leadership during times of crisis, disaster, and during big team ups. So que Ingenium:

CLASS PRESIDENT
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with Ingenium, you may take a turn with another Student Hero. After taking that turn you may reveal an X Order Marker on this card to take a turn with a different Student Hero instead of Ingenium. You may not take any additional turns with figures that you control.

SUPERSPEED
Ingenium may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stopping his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Ingenium, if he did not use his Recipro Burst Special power this turn, he may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

RECIPRO BURST
After moving normally, choose an enemy figure within 4 clear sight spaces and place Ingenium adjacent to that figure. Roll 1 unblockable attack die against that figure.

LEAGUE OF VILLAINS
At the start of the game, place 1 Villain marker on the army card of a hero you control with the class of Antagonist or Criminal up to a maximum of 4. After revealing an Order Marker on Shigaraki and taking a turn with him then you may take a turn with a Hero you control that has a Villain marker on their Army Card and then take no additional turns with other figures you control.

VENGEFUL LEADER
When a hero that you control is destroyed you may move any Villain markers on their Army Card to Shigaraki's. After revealing an Order Marker on Shigaraki and taking a turn with him, you may remove a Villain marker from this Army Card to take 1 additional turn with Shigaraki.

DECAY
When Shigaraki attacks an adjacent figure with his normal attack, and at least one skull is rolled, the defending figure immediately receives one unblockable wound before defense dice are rolled, or two unblockable wounds if it is a destructible object.
 
Ingenium is pretty spot-on, I dig him. He's definitely a leader type. Recipro Burst is a cool power - though it probably needs to be once per game if he's able to throw 4 unblockables with it.
 
Thanks for the reality check on that one, I did that draft a while ago. Dropped to 1 unblockable to be much more reasonable.
 
Another stand out student, no leadership abilities but lots of potential to stick to units and break through superior defenses.

PERMEATION
Mirio can move through all figures and obstacles. When Mirio rolls defense against a normal or special attack, if he rolled at least 1 blank then the most amount of wounds that he can take from this attack is 1 and you may place him on his Army Card.

PHANTOM MENACE
Instead of moving, you may place Mirio on his Army Card. If Mirio is on his Army Card at the beginning of his turn place him on any empty space and you may roll an unblockable attack dice against any or all adjacent figures.

BLINDSPOT
If Mirio moved though a figure this turn, that figure can only roll a maximum of 4 defense dice this turn.
