Gamera is "multi-based."

Multi-based figures: Some figures are large enough that their bases occupy more than two spaces or more than one non-consecutive spaces.

Double-based: A description of a figure whose bases occupy two consecutive spaces instead of one

I'd probably do the SA like so:

DEFENSIVE LASER FIRE SPECIAL ATTACK: Range 6. Attack 3. Choose a non-adjacent figure to attack. This ability has +1 Attack for each revealed Order Marker on the defender’s card.
