Introducing new playing-card size cards

I just noticed a new code mentioned at BGG. $6.99 per deck with free shipping. Use the code PLYTHECARD13, expires April 22.
I don't know if I'll have the newest customs done by then. If anyone's desperate, let me know.

Love these cards! Is there a way to get General Symbols/Colors on the back, like the existing Red/Heroscape Back you have but with an Utgar symbol on it as well? I ask for organizational purposes.
 
Maybe I just don't see them? did Grithog ever do the "Large Figure" expansion sets? I can find ORM's return????

Not sure if you’re still active but well done on the cards...do you have card for the Marro Warriors from the Rise of the Valkyrie set?

Is it possible to access the original files for the cards? I'd like to use a different supplier that is U.S. based and the only images I can find have the "sample" watermark on them.

As someone who makes and prints cards I'd be interested in which supplier you are leaning towards. Since Printerstudio rocketed their prices I've been searching for a better fit.

Not necessarily the cheapest but one of the best game supply sites available at the moment.


I'm also curious about acquiring blanks for each of the card types for customs and such.
 
well if no one has any of the images without the watermark I'll probably just keep doing what I'm doing. Luckily the watermark is not very apparent so it may not appear on the physical print.

I would still like blanks of each of the card colors but that's no big deal either. I can just use sheildcrushers blanks for customs.

Once I have all the images modified and imported into Gamecrafter I will post the results of the test print, though that won't be for another month probably to account for printing time.
 
So turns out that you run into a lot of issues with intellectual property when printing from domestic printers. I'm seeking the possibility of getting written permission from Wizards of the Coast to print the cards for personal use but I don't know if it's gonna work. I guess Artscow is probably a good idea.

I shopped around luckly the second local company printed the C3G, all classic and C3V cards for me. Now I just need everything that wasnt in the posts linked by left.
 
Was wondering what size you guys print your cards at? The standard 2.5x3 seems a little small to me. Any issues reading the text at that size? I was considering going 4x6 just to have bigger easier to read cards. Never used art cow or printed cards before so any advice would be great. Also does anyone know where I can find SOV cards in this style?

Awesome designs I just ordered two decks worth of them from artcow. Would love to see the SoV updated as they are the only ones im missing, specifically the units from Conflict. Anyway great work!
 
I've had quite a few technical issues trying to get Artscow to work for me. Anyone willing to order for me and send some my way? How much does just a set of official cards run?
 
Hey folks,

I recently shared a picture of these cards on the Heroscapers Facebook group, and thought I'd post here as well. I ordered a deck of these cards a few weeks ago, and received them in the mail yesterday. I'm having trouble sharing images here at the moment; I'm not sure if that's just user error on my part or if it maybe has something to do with account privileges, but I'll post some here as soon as I figure out how.

I also wanted to mention that the how-to guide in @grithog's original post here is outdated, and that I'm planning on sharing another updated guide once I can do so with screengrabs and other images.
 
Yeah that happens when 13 years have past. :)

Try posting images on a Discord and then use that image to post here.
