He should definitely get that. (#4)
I love maps, both studying them and making them myself. The old map of Valhalla has always been somewhat... lacking in the department of detail and size. So, in late 2020, I took it upon myself to recreate the map of Valhalla.
I wanted to completely recreate the map from scratch, while still holding true to the shape of the continent, and including as many lore-friendly regions as possible. However, I also wanted the map to hold true to how biomes are actually created and spread across a planet. The result was a massive undertaking, which eventually turned into the worldmap I pull from when writing my DoD stories.
No one has seen the full map, and I want to keep it that way for now - the ability to change city names and locations to fit the story is something I find myself using a lot. But the regions and shape of Valhalla are all set, so I see no reason not to share the blank version of the map with my fellow HSers. Most region names are from lore - some I have created and added. It was made using Wonderdraft, which I highly recommend. You're free to use it however you wish. The link goes to my website, which is owned by me and devoid of anything malicious. Enjoy!
The map can be found here!
