This is a collection of information found in numerous threads that I wanted to place in one easy to find list / index. I am not part of the C3V team but they are kind enough to help keep this list current and accurate as possible,feel free to suggest changes or make corrections, I take no credit in this as all I will do is a bunch of Cut and Copying off the forums;

This is a WIP and any help linking useful threads or missing units is greatly appreciated!


--Note--
Most of these are my figures and have been touched up a little, and rebased on Impact Miniature bases. I just figured it would look more * official * once they have been rebased. If there is enough interest in the original pictures , the original unmodded versions, please say so and I will included those picture in the future.

The figure used for this unit is a Mech Warrior figure from the Vanguard set. Its model number and name is MAR-2C3-A 'Vindication' Marauder IIC #084

Painting Guide

HADUC
The figure used for this unit is a Dungeons and Dragons figure from the Desert of Desolation set. Its model number and name is Snaketongue Cultist/#56.

NICHOLAS ESENWEIN
The figure used for this unit is a Vampire Guildmaster figure from D&D Miniatures. Its model number and name is (38/Savage Encounters).

KIRA JAX
The figure used for this unit is an AT-43 figure. Its model number and name is UNA Captain H. Newton.

Veterans of Disaster
Unique characters; Van Nessing, Zaeus, Captain John Varan, Zogross Hardscale

VAN NESSING
The figure used for this unit is a Dungeons & Dragons figure from the Unhallowed set. Its model name and number is Vampire Hunter (11/60).

The figure used for this unit is an AT-43 figure from the promo set. Its model number and name is Guide Darius.

CAPT. JOHN VARAN
The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Cosmic Justice set. Its model number and name is (019, 020, 021/Sgt. Rock).-OR -(207/Gen. Frank Rock).

ZOGROSS HARDSCALE
The figure used for this unit is Lizardfolk Rogue figure from the D&D Giants of Legend set. Its model number and name is #35 Lizardfolk Rogue.

M-43 RESISTANCE FIGHTERS
The figures used for this unit are Star Wars Minis figures from the Legacy of the Force set. The model numbers and names are: Old Republic Scout (03), Human Scoundrel (47), and Old Republic Recruit (02).

VARKAANAN BLADE DANCERS

The figures used for this unit are Confrontation figures from the Wolfen of Yllia set. Its model number and name is Wolfen of Yllia Sacred Vestals Attachment Box.​

Parasites and the Undead
Common units; Marro Gnids, Preyblood Thrall

MARRO GNIDS
The figures used for this unit are Confrontation figures from the Scorpions set. Its model name is Phemera Omega Unit Box

4 per squad, 8 in a box, these have been completly repainted to look like marro.


PREYBLOOD THRALL
The figure used for this unit is a D&D figure from the War Drums set. Its model number and name is 41/Terror Wight.

SOV Units

ZOMBIE HULK
The figure used for this unit is a Dungeons and Dragons miniature from the Savage Encounters release. The name of the figure is Zombie Hulk.

Note on Hulk from Simval
"The Zombie Hulk was the first unit to be inducted in the SoV. I think he came even before Thormun's reprieve (C3V wave 1). It was pretty awesome when he was inducted in SoV because he was the first official unofficial figure'

ZETTIN INFANTRY
The figures used for this unit are Star Wars miniatures from the Clone Strike, Revenge of the Sith, and Universe releases. The name of the figures is Super Battle Droid. The figure numbers are (Clone Strike) 47 and 48, (Revenge of the Sith) 39 and 40, and (Universe) 10.

TYRIAN THE KYRIE WARRIOR

The figure used for this unit is a Heroscape miniature from the Blackmoon's Siege - Collection 9 release in the "Dividers and Defenders" pack. The figure is number 15/24.​

They are available from the Ram Army Box (4 figures), Abysmal Skull Unit Box (1 figure), or Necromancer Skull Unit Box (1 figure).
The names of the figures are Abysmal Skull, Necromancer Skull, Toxic Skull, and Undying Skull.​

The figure used for this unit is a Confrontation figure from the Rams of Acheron set. It is available in the Ram Army Box. The name of the figure is "The Great Skull".

The figures used for this unit are Confrontation figures from the Griffins set. They are available in the Griffin Spearmen Unit Box (8 figures) and the Confrontation Starter Set (8 figures). The name of the figure is Spearman.

Yup, you forgot the new ones :

They are from the AT-43 UNA Star Troopers Unit Box. I<m not sure of the name of the unit though.

This one is going to be a unique hero. He is from reaper miniatures.

This one is a common hero, but I don't have any other informations.

That is a unique hero from the Griffin vs Wolfen box, confrontation miniatures.

They were announced in this thread: C3V Public Information Thread - DO NOT POST!!!

Whenever the ERB is settled on a design and a miniature choice, we have decided to release the figure being used before moving the design onto Editing and Playtesting. When that decision is made a post with the Miniature info is released in the listed thread to avoid another Omegacron issue (when the ERB decided to go with that mini; there was over 200 available at Troll and Toad, but by the time we released the sculpt info they were all gone...we try to learn from our mistakes )

Yes, very awesome.

The common Hero is Paladin - I remember him from back in the day of SpiderMan and Daredevil (I Think) comics.

Is the reaper Dwarf miniature prepainted? If not, can we look at maybe some prepainted mini dwarf, pathfinder battles maybe, to use for the dwarf?

Excellent, you know I wasn't even aware there were so many prepainted miniatures out there. For the longest time I thought it was either Heroscape or Clix series - but now seeing all these other cool miniatures my wallet is going to be taking a beating!

Can you guys consider making a unique hero out of that Reaper mind flayer figure? That mini is awesome.

I thought it would be cool to let you know that there is a new common squad in development. It's a three-man squad containing two Reapear skeletons and one from Pathfinder. Take a look :

Also I have a question.

Where does Zombie Hulk fall in? I have seen it ( I think ) In SOV and not sure if in CV3?

The Zombie Hulk was the first unit to be inducted in the SoV. I think he came even before Thormun's reprieve (C3V wave 1). It was pretty awesome when he was inducted in SoV because he was the first official unofficial figure.

Also since the SoV and the C3V decided on a merger to make sure both were compatible with each other as well as Official Scape...so it was voted in by the Unified Vote of the SoV Judges and the Inner Sanctum members.

All SoV nominees that receive enough "Yes" votes to be inducted, go through the final Unified SoV/C3V vote to ensure it meets the standards of the Heroscape canon.

It would be a separate Category, SoV units are like BoV maps and are Customs voted in by a committee.
