How does the Games Library work...does each player need a Games Library event ticket? Or does one person need a ticket to be able to check out a game?

I think you may just need your badge. Games Library was the first place I saw Heroscape in person.
I would suggest buying some Generic Tickets just in case. They are handy if you want to jump into something on the fly.

You have to BUY event tix for the game Library. Everyone in your group needs a tix. Otherwise they will not be able to cross into the library location in the north end zone. You badge only gets in you into the building.

You best bet is to buy the 4 day all access event tix
