Looking good overall. I think we should take the ? off of Latveria at this point. :-D

Suggested tweaks:

In the OP for Decoy of Doom, the third mention of Doctor Doom is missing italics on the “m”.

For self-destruct, “against an adjacent figure” sounds better than “against a figure adjacent to it” to me, but that’s a small thing.

Hmm strikes me that if we are doing the italics thing do we need “this” Doombot in the Self-Destruct ability?

"this Doombot" would refer to specifically that figure, while "Doombot" would refer to all Doombots (which matters if we ever make a different uncommon Doombot, or if a Doombot is negated). So there's a slight mechanical difference.

Sure. What I mean is doesn’t just non-italicized “Doombot” inherently refer to the one for this card without saying “this”?

Ah I see. Yeah it would, so we could move away from using "this" in Uncommons. It was the 1.0 standard but no need to keep it unless the clarification is useful.

I agree with that and I even think I like that better. The whole "this" lingo was a bit odd to me anyways.

Yeah, "this" in Uncommons has never done anything mechanically. Just a matter of what we think sounds better.
