If I've missed anything or new information comes out, please post it here!

This figure is hidden in the Blog post. It is AT-43 UNA Captain H. Newton Mmirg confirmed it. Looks like it the M-43 Resistance Fighters hero hinted in a post by Veigon
Hey all you awesome public playtesters, Kira Jax is now ready for you to playtest. And for those of you who have tried the M-43 Resistance Fighters, you might find her particularly interesting

I got a huge update from the C3V Promotions Dept. I'll be updating the first post shortly with lots of additional miniatures.

UPDATED! (Although there seems to be at least one error - two different figures have the same miniature listed.)

Hey Q the correct info for Zogross Hardscale is:

The figure used for this unit is Dungeons and Dragons Figure from the Giants of Legend set. Its model number and name is (#35/Lizardfolk Rogue )

Attached is a visual, for quick reference:

Thanks for posting these. It really helps with trying to order up everything in as few shipments as possible.
And, as always, big thanks to everyone designing, editing, playtedting, and promoting these units & keeping Heroscape alive!

Zaeus & Omegacron (from the pictures anyway) look like deathwalker bases. Is that right, or are they peanuts?

In an unrelated question, do we think that rebasing is going to be a requirement for using these figures in those tournaments that allow them?

Zaeus will fit on a normal single base. Omegacron is a peanut base figure. As for tourneys, I'd imagine that single-spaced units will not usually require rebasing, but double-spaced ones will.

Which three Therian sculpts are they supposed to be?
All six come in the same box. It's two squads to a pack.
But each figure in the box has a different sculpt. Or will this not matter much?
I'm not sure this has been discussed officially, so don't take this as gospel truth, but my impression is that any three of the six would be an acceptable squad if you have an odd number of squads in your army.

Varkaanan Blade Dancers (Common Squad of 3)
  • The figures used for this unit are Confrontation figures from the Wolfen of Yllia set. Its model number and name is Wolfen of Yllia Sacred Vestals Attachment Box. {The Confrontation Wolfen of Yllia Sacred Vestals Unit Box makes a great proxy}.
Can we get an official ruling (as official as this is) that the Confrontation Wolfen of Yllia Sacred Vestals Unit Box would be accepted as a proxy?

That's really a call for a the Tourney Director, but one of the reasons we wanted to make this squad common was because of the current glut of them at Miniature Market, along with the obvious proxy possibility with the Unit Box. As far as I'm concerned the two boxes are interchangeable at any event I run.

Curses!
Everybody please be advised that SacredVestals and Regular Vestals are entirely different animals.
This morning, in a fit of C3V giddiness, I ordered four squads of the vanilla Vestals, and by the time I realized my error six hours later, the uber-efficient folks at miniaturemarket had already shipped my order.

Ah, well. At least I saved $1.50 per squad...

I have been looking around at Miniature Market and CSI but most of the stuff is out of stock. Is there any other places I should look for Minis.

This is from the SoV thread but because we are associated with them we use the same ones.

Since any nominated card must have an available miniature to go with it you can check the availability of your miniature using the links below to various online miniatures games stores.

Site Sponsors:

Auggie's

Cool Stuff, Inc.

Miniature Market

Troll and Toad

Wargamer's Headquarters

(House Mouse Games is a Site Sponsor as well. The above list represents the Site Sponsors who carry other games in addition to Heroscape)

Other Stores:

Fantization (one of my favorites)

Games Empire

FRP Games (another really good one)

RPG Shop This one seems to have disappeared

Noble Knight Games

Paizo

The Warstore

Reaper Mini

Crocodile Games

Privateer Press (Hordes, Warmachine, Monsterpocalypse, Voltron [if only Voltron was the right scale])

Role 4 Initiative (D&D)

Wyrd Miniatures (Malifaux)

Games Workshop (I know, I know, but some people do use their sculpts)

Icon USA

Team Covenant (they specialize in Monster Apocalypse)

There are others but if a miniature used for a custom can't be found on any of these sites, chances are it is no longer available.

Also, sites like Cool Mini or Not probably wouldn't be acceptable as a source for availability. It has a gallery of some incredible paint jobs (visit it if you've never been there) but it isn't a good source to purchase from.

If you know of other stores that offer something in miniatures that you don't think any of the above offer feel free to let us know through PM and it can be added to this post.

In addition to the stores listed above, if you are looking for Star Wars, Mechwarrior, Heroclix, or Horrorclix, you can check out Strike Zone Online. I have purchased from them on a couple occasions and they've provided good service and reasonable shipping rates.

Edit: DnD minis, too.

Can always use the ole standby as well.. epay... err, I mean ebay. :)
