I'm tempted to make a battlefield with a cave at one end (cut-away on the backside for player access) and the only way into the cave is a tiny gap one space wide and one tile (level) high; then watch Xenithrax fly through the gap into the cave.

Personally, I never liked the ruling that a Monk can Leap over an opposing Braxas. I prefer looking at opposing figures in the same way as obstacles. But then again, Ghost/Phantom Walk doesn't work on obstacles, so...

Can't find anything in the old FAQ about this (haven't read through the new one yet), however, if I remember correctly, a Shaolin Monk cannot leap (12 levels) through the big Evergreen Tree (15 levels), since it's an obstacle, but a Monk can leap "over" (through) an opposing Braxas (13 levels)...

Whew. The AoA Master Set is done. Still reworking the special powers "similar" sort (about 40% done, currently). Also, will be pouring over the new rulebook and FAQ to see what changes need to be made.

They fixed a few things, but both Scenario Guides still have more problems that need fixing. For example, should the AoA Scenario 2 be a Master game instead of Basic? It talks about master game point scoring if it reaches round 7. :? Plus, aesthetically, where are the illustrations...

From what I can recall, the AoA Avalon Hill offering was going to have 20 scenarios, and I believe that CVN was designing most of them. Whether or not he finished any (for the Renegade sets contents), I have no way of knowing. However, these BotW scenarios do have a campaign feel to them...

My son and I played through all 3 master scenarios (one time for each) from the "Battle for the Wellspring" set. Even though the points for the Pirate army are greater than the Aquilla army, the Aquilla army will probably win most of the time just because of the "Command Familiar" bonding...

"Battle for the Wellspring" and "Laur Jungle" sets have been added. I decided to keep MSRP amounts in the Sets table. (I removed the Item#.) Still reworking the "similar" sort as I enter characters from the new sets. Should have "Age of Annihilation" master set done before September 1st.

Amusing. So not in the box since it's not on the contents list, yet the rulebook talks about the round marker and the round marker track. Shades of WotC where they also failed to include a round marker with the Battle for the Underdark, but did include it on the contents list.

Is everyone else missing the round marker from the Battle Box set? I don't see one in mine. Checking to see if it's widespread, or just me.
