Here's another figure option for the falconers. It's a Male Elf Ranger from the Wizkids prepainted line. Readily available for $8 and it has a bird already although you may need to adjust the ears as the Falconers are human

Also, all cards are finished until any playtest adjustments need to be made

These look fun. I agree, Falconers thematically ignoring Height is cool. Are you going to make the Witch King as a Unique Hero? If you do, it would be fun to limit The Nine to 4 copies, then they would make nine total Plus Tortles are just fun and ripe with design possibilities!
