I think it's less match up dependent but also less swingy. Power as is can be real punitive to something that uses any filler stuff like Ants.

Honestly one of your best guardrails will be to make both be Unique Heroes. Then you reduce the situations of forced into like a common hero situation.

IMO moving a marker for an opponent is going to create just as much unfun situation as some of the other thing we are looking at changing.

I support faction locking here when it's something that's treading close to two major factional mechanics enough that they need to be tested about as much as the intended bunch.

I also think having factional callouts is especially fine in a situation where it is essentially trying to reference a subfaction. Like he's trying to rep JLI specifically rather than the League at large.

I believe that was what we had said as an approach yeah, it let people play in native factions better. Also support the price drop, unless you wanted to reduce the D20 roll. I think a lot (if not almost all) of the pets had 12s. I think Beppo was the only other non-12 because Focused Heat...
