This is where we last left him, after a few tweaks by Bats last night. Only thing I left out at the moment was a question about giving him electric resistance. It was suggested at some point due to his storm giant parentage (instead of cold resistance if he were a frost giant) and it never got resolved one way or the other. It would give him another reason to pit him vs. Thor and think he might stand a chance.

Not sure if the points will line up as we intended. Might need to test him against someone who can take advantage of his weak mindedness to see just how big a negative that might be. Outside of Zemo & Enchantress, who all do we have On Deck in 2.0 that could order him around for a non-MoE test?

Also, looking at the Marvel wiki for him and under his Physical Characteristics tab is unusual features: large size. Any interest here in going large instead of medium for the official size designation? If mass is a factor in the size designation now, this bit from Marvel wiki adds to the intrigue.

- Due to his Storm Giant heritage, his tissue is even denser than those of full blooded Asgardians, contributing somewhat to his superhuman strength and weight.

Electric Resistance would be a fun little nod to that and being a nice bonus against Thor as you said, hopefully we remember Frost resistance on Loki.

Zemo, Enchantress, Radioactive Man (which are all on deck) and This guy is intended on being our 1000 point MoE build for the starter.

EDIT: Oh sorry, I see you asked about non MoE stuff.

If you need to use someone from 1.0 for testing that also works. It's the same point scale so if it's balanced it's balanced.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I’m pro-electric resistance. Not sure on the size thing but I pike Large seeing more use in 2.0.

Should have Super Strength, right?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Could that be simplified to "Not Huge" or do we expect other sizes above Large.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I think not Huge works. You need a space between 4 and to in WM4.

I also went ahead with Large for the size. Forgot to ask if anyone had any strong feelings on which mini would be recommended. I just picked one that was currently in stock. I'm not sure if I actually have that specific mini though, so if anyone does have it can you double check the height to be 5 (or 6?).

The mini I have would definitely pass as Large 6. His leg is thicker than Ms Marvel's body Posted quick blurry image on discord.
