A few things here to be sorted out.

While looking for his comic creator info, I read up quite a bit on his story and didn't really see any examples of him being a criminal. So I'm not sure why his class was changed to criminal in the previous great class reshuffling event. He is a genius level nuclear physicist though, so I gave him the Science keyword and am considering the Genius class instead.

I cut the Environmental Suit reference in the 2nd ability. I'm assuming that people with the Environmental Suit will have Toxic Resistance and ignoring 1W from toxic damage would make them immune it already. I wasn't sure if I should be capitalizing damage types like toxic or not though. @Ronin

Biggest thing I changed there was the "roll once" language - could put that back in but I think it's a place Hasbro was a little unnecessarily wordy with its AoE language.

My instinct on the damage types is that they probably should get capitalized.

So only when you roll attack dice multiple times it gets specified, otherwise the default is one roll for all? I can get behind that.

Oh, and side note here. I'm not looking to remake this card but it seems like he could be a lot harder to take down if we wanted him to be. Comicvine & Wiki say he's bulletproof and can create shields capable of blocking Thor's hammer blows.

He does a lot of henchman gigs where he works for other more mastermind-y guys, but not necessarily 'robbing a bank' type stuff. He's brilliant but it's kind of a backstory thing. He rarely pops up in an 'evil genius' capacity, he's usually a smashy guy working with some other baddie.

He also sometimes works for the Chinese government, where he's portrayed as a legit patriot who doesn't like his government but is trying to do right by his people.

In his early appearances he's a bit more of classical "I am going to conquer the world" supervillain but he got demoted to mook pretty early on and that ego kinda vanished. Since getting fleshed out a bit in modern stuff he tends to be treated as a much more reserved guy.

I think he's a little bit hard to put in a bucket given his whole history, but tapping specifically into his Masters of Evil time, Criminal or Minion or something works.

I think the card works; he's theoretically high level but kind of a jobber. One of those villains that was a big deal the first time they showed up in the silver age, but generally hasn't been treated as that high up on the totem pole since.

Would something like Enforcer make sense for him and open up some new team building opportunities? I'm just not really feeling Criminal here now I've seen more of his story.

I think Enforcer could also track for him! Basically anything that says 'henchman' works.

Cool, that's what I'm going to update his class to then until someone says they don't like it and offers up a different class.

Do we want to go with 1+ wounds instead of one or more? I feel like that's the aesthetic we've been developing so far.

Yeah, I can do that. I felt like someone said we shouldn't to on a result of 13+ though when dealing with d20 powers. If that's not right, I'll update that as well. Need to double check my other cards now to see if I missed any of the things you and Ronin have pointed out here.
