MiniatureGeek's Customs - Great Fangs Pg 8

Newest Custom

Older customs

Now when it comes to this guy, I need help with the costing, and I need help with his name. Any ideas for either would be greatly appreciated.

The story behind tech is, he is the squad leader for a group of soldiers who hunt down Soulborgs. They are actually humans in high tech body armor to give them a better chance of surviving battles with the Soulborgs.

Grim Redone (Using HCC)

Tyzer Redone (Using HCC)

Reverend Mystics

Lucas - Former Hitman

Knights of the Flame.

Agent X, he isn't really what I wanted for this model, namely his name sucks, his abilites are okay, but I want him to have a different feel, he will be reworked when I get time.
Digimon: ExVeemon

Kugoshu was one of my first customs I just love that model.
Mage Knight: ?

Another mage knight model I love Crusher, I called him Kragnar but that name sucks.
Mage Knight: Crusher

Grungebob and I-Max if you find this thread please repost what you said about this guy, I really wanted to work those abilites in.
Mage Knight: Steam Golem

This was I believe my first custom ever. Don't diss the Buzz. I don't care if you think he fits in, if you have a legitimate complaint about an ability I'll hear it, but I don't want to hear about how you feel that Buzz Lightyear would be stupid in heroscape. I think it's funny as hell.
Family Dollar (Can't seem to find him anywhere else)

Nice to see your customs back up.

Still like your Necromancer. Still haven't gotten mine done.

Tyzer, Storm Wizard

Lightning Strike should say Special Attack. You have it worded that way in the text. You also need to change Trickster and Explosion SA in the text.

Wind Blast does not need to say Special Attack. Should mention when he can use wind blast (instead of attacking, after moving, etc.). I'll give you my suggestion for the wording, change whatever you like.

Wind Blast
Instead of attacking, choose a figure adjacent to Tyzer and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 1-5, move the chosen figure 2 spaces in a straight line from Tyzer. If you roll a 6-10, move the chosen figure 4 spaces in a straight line from Tyzer. If you roll an 11-15, move the chosen figure 6 spaces in a straight line from Tyzer. If you roll a 16 or higher, move the chosen figure 8 spaces in a straight line from Tyzer. If the chosen figure encounters an obstacle or an elevation change equal to or greater than its height, you must stop its move. The chosen figure recieves 1 wound for each space it did not move.

That came out a bit long. If I figure a way to shorten it, I'll let you know.

Kumiko is not impressed with your sculpt, either.

Thank you Nether helped me a lot with that card, he even made me a better version, but I keep that one for myself, I don't advertise it since it was his awesome work.

Okay I got a few old figures I dug out of my box of weird, and I'm planning on making them into customs.

1st is a miniature from Disney's Hercules (I wish I could have gotten the others of these they were way cool)

2nd is a Jagun (spell check) fighter, I don't know what its name is, but I think it looks neat, I might paint over the eye.

That Rock Titan from disney is awesome! I would love to have one of those guys.

Cool stuff. I like the storm wizard a lot, especially the wind blast . What are you using as a figure?

YagyuNinja just wanted to say I answered your question about the Storm Wizard, I edited my first post so that the models being used are told where they are from and what they are.

Well to my knowledge they aren't really being sold anywhere but Ebay now. They came in packs of 6, and there were a few packs for each season. The I'm only using ones from Seasons 1 & 2

reapersaurus is a puppet of Ne-Gok-Sa
I actually love the "Falling With Style" ability of Buzz.

I love well done light hearted customs. Any PIXAR character is cool by me. The figures are problematic, but I have the whole family of great-looking, within-HS-parameters Incredibles figures and would love to play them someday.

Oh - and that Hercules rock-guy looks a LOT like the recent mini in War Drums I think (D&D minis) Elemental Wall.

Reaper I wanted to say thanks for you post, I always hoped that one day you would stop by and see some of my customs. Thanks for the kind words. Also I have a Buzz Mini, only problem being even though he is the same height he isn't the same scale, (his head is HUGE compared to other humans) if you wanted one I've got like 10 (couldn't help but buy extras).

Also on today's post, MiniatureGeek turns a Dreamblade "Knight of Tomorrow" into iron man.

This isn't my idea actually I saw someone else do it, but it is a simple conversion that I think looks really cool.

Just cut off the spikes on his shoulder, and remove the mace. Next a couple coats of red and yellow, followed up with a wash of black, and finished with a spray on finish, and well, that sums up the model.

Sorry the pic wasn't better. Also, here is a pic of just Iron Man.
