Re: The Book of Louis "Mad Dog" Malone
Begin with either Heroclix Elseworlds #009 Gunfighter or #022 Clockwork Man. In this tutorial I used Clockwork Man. If you're using Gunfighter you can skip to step 2 below.
![]() 1: If you're using Clockwork Man, paint the entire face and hands with a flesh tone. Here I used D&D Flumph Pink from Army Painter, which is identical to their color Barbarian Flesh. ![]() 2: Paint the entire shirt white. Keep in mind that the yellow-green color from the shirt is also visible on the back collar and inside the collar in the front. I wasn't too careful here because I planned to clean up the vest in a later step. Here I used D&D Lawful White from Army Painter, which is identical to their color Matte White. ![]() 3: Touch up the vest with a dark green over any messy parts. Here I used a mix of D&D Treant Green and D&D Abyssal Black, which are identical to their colors Goblin Green and Matte Black. You can also touch up the hat with black if necessary. ![]() 4: Apply a wash to the entire miniature. Here I used Strong Tone from Army Painter. ![]() ![]() Optionally seal your miniature with Testor's Dullcote or similar. TL;DR: Paint the yellow parts white. |
