Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
NAME = M. BISON
SPECIES = HUMAN UNIQUENESS = UNIQUE HERO CLASS = DICTATOR PERSONALITY = EGOTISTICAL SIZE/HEIGHT = MEDIUM 6 LIFE = 5 MOVE = 4 RANGE = 3 ATTACK = 5 DEFENSE = 4 POINTS = 330 PSYCHO POWER After revealing an Order Marker on this card and taking a turn with M. Bison, if he is engaged, you may either:
PSYCHO CRUSHER SPECIAL ATTACK Range Special. Attack 5. Instead of moving and attacking normally, you may move M. Bison up to four spaces in a straight line. During this movement, M. Bison may move through all figures and does not take leaving engagement attacks. After moving, roll attack dice against each figure M. Bison moved through. Roll for each attack separately. M. Bison must attack all figures he moved through, and may attack them even if he is engaged with a different figure. PSYCHO WARP 13 If an opponent's figure attacks M. Bison and at least 1 skull is rolled, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, M. Bison takes no damage and you may choose an empty space within 3 spaces of M. Bison. Place M. Bison on the chosen space. M. Bison will not take any leaving engagement attacks when using Psycho Warp. FLYING Like Superheroes and Comics?

Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
Okay, so I implemented the comments from LCW. Thanks for chiming in to everyone who did so there. Psycho Power now requires an Order Marker, the Special Attack is down to 5 attack, range up to 4, and has been reworded for clarity. A quick run through the point calculator gave me high 300s (first time using it, it is tough to rank the powers). We will see where he lands. I feel like low to mid 300s is appropriate for him since he is easily the most powerful person in Street Fighter to my knowledge.
Current Enforcers (plan is for Street Fighter villains and some other general fighting-game villains to be Enforcers): Joe Fixit Balrog (SF villain) Firebrand Reptile LexCorp Security Like Superheroes and Comics?

Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
I'd put Bison anywhere from 250 to 350. He's probably second only to Akuma (and Gouken) as top dog in the SF universe and he's flexible in interpretation.
Already been patched up pretty well here so I'm happy with him. I might cut the movement part of the second pip, though, just to streamline him a bit. Move two Enforcers, attack with one Enforcer, or take temporary control. JOHNNY139'S CLASSIC CUSTOM THREAD! | Visit now!

Can you move and attack with the same Enforcer?

Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
Psycho Power doesn't need a Mental Shield call-out. It would if it were doing something mechanically different from straight-up 'take control' that were trying to convey the same theme, but it can go without.

Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
Is Psycho Crusher supposed to be 4 spaces or up to 4 spaces?

Instead of moving and attacking normally, you may move M. Bison exactly four spaces, never moving to the same space twice. During this movement, M. Bison may move through all figures and does not take leaving engagement attacks. Roll attack dice against each figure M. Bison passed through with this movement. Roll for each attack separately. |

Re: The Book of M. Bison (Design Phase)
My thought is that Scapey is trying to mimic the game, which definitely has him moving in a straight line (it has to, it's only in 2D).
