The object used for this unit is a Heroscape figure from the Rise of the Valkyrie set.
Its name is Short Ruin

Object Bio - Amidst many civilizations, can be seen ruins from a town long since forgotten. Although no one resides here anymore, everyone can still enjoy the cover they provide, until they are destroyed that is!

  • An adjacent figure with the Adaptive Camouflage Special Ability, can increase the benefit from the Cover this Ruin provides. Current Figures with Adaptive Camouflage Special Ability includes Shield Spotter, Shield Sniper, and Nick Fury.

Yes rotate this a hair clockwise and lower this thing. The Ruins can't fly and there is no way this is touching the ground.
