500 Point Non-Competitive Armies

We've all seen some bad ones, but who can come up with the worst?

Two rules:
Your army must be between 485 and 500 points.
It must fit within 24 hexes. (No losing squads on purpose.)

Here's my first attempt:

500 points, 11 hexes. Who can do worse?

Wow, that's 600 points, but it's still pretty bad. Nice work!

I'm starting to sense a pattern here. I wonder if I should create a hex minimum as well? Maybe 15-24 starting hexes? For now, I'll keep it as is.

I almost named named this thread 'Worst. Army. Ever.' But instead I decided to go with a title more closely resembling another topic.

Seems like I'm woefully unoriginal right now. I guess that's what happens when you don't join the site (or the game) until July of this year.

Kiova has solid stats for a Kyrie; with her and Spartacus' 6 attack, I think they're somewhat stronger. Should be close, though.
