Should he the Symbiote have Super Strength on it's own? I would assume not with only 2 attack but thought it might.

Depends on the writer. Modern Venom would have SS by itself, without a host. Heck, it joined the Avengers by itself. This design is more pulling from the classic stuff, though. The symbiote wasn't usually portrayed as being able to do much by itself back then.

Second blip is a little out of order. Should be removing OMs and then taking control. Also, Losing Control translates a little weird to me with the may place language. It's clear though and not sure there is really anything better there.

Really? Not sure one can be called a symbiote when it can become an Avenger by itself.

Hmm, pretty much auto-control of enemy figures is very powerful (found this out with a recent design). Best teammate of your own probably someone like Merlyn? Or anyone fast to carry him to other figures.

What point range are you thinking here? Complete spitballing number is 300-something?

I think 300 is a pretty high-end estimate of what it can do - not that the control isn't powerful, but Venom's also movement-limited and vulnerable, in ways that Parallax isn't.

Honestly, though, no clue where the points are gonna land here and I'm not really trying for a particular range. Mainly want to try to tune Losing Control to a number where it feels fun, and decide points second.

Hmm, I feel like Captain Marvel (Billy Batson) and Merlyn would be good running mates. Start out with him on Merlyn and rain down Hell until they close in and kill Merlyn, then use Billy to get Order Markers where you need them for Venom to hop on the enemy and take them over while Billy holds the battlefield. Could build around that with things like Captain America or Star-Lord/Robot pretty easily.

I think the fact that he cannot choose the same figure as his host twice in one game will be a limiting factor to his cost.

I also don't consider removing part of the objects around a Clix figure to be a mod, so I think we are good here.

You'd probably want Wondy over Star-Lord: Venom gives his Host the species of Symbiote, and he is also a Symbiote, so just having a Host (that you control, but presumably you want that at some point) shuts off Star-Lord's bonus.

Also he doesn't come off a dead card. He'd go down with Merlyn in the scenario you're outlining.
