My thinking is that to me, a finished Cybermen faction would have at least 2 more units. (Cyberleader and Cybermats) So leaving open a clear weakness (slow movement) in the faction now gives those guys something to pick up on later, which is cool.

But those units may be years down the pipeline (if they happen at all) and it’s not worth it leaving them a broken mess until then - I’d just feel much more comfortable if I got another game in with them before making the change. I’ll throw them into a 1st Doctor initial game probably.

Cool, makes sense. Unsure what thematic boosts those figures could provide but just seems like letting Cyber Legion move a few extra figures would help them a lot and not affect their cost too much if at all.

MOD GUIDE

1. To complete this mod, you will need;

• 1 OG Heroclix base bottom
• 2 modern Heroclix "Oreo" base bottoms
• 2 bottle caps
• silver paint
• light blue paint

2. Remove any stickers from the Heroclix bases so they look like this. (TIP: You may need to soak them in soap water for a minute to clean off any remaining sticker gunk.)


3. Assemble and glue the pieces in the following order (from top to bottom);

• OG Heroclix Base (with the top part the sticker was on facing up)
• Bottle cap (with the top facing down)
• Bottle cap (with the top facing up)
• "Oreo" Heroclix Base (with the smaller top part the sticker was on facing up)
• "Oreo" Heroclix Base (with the smaller top part the sticker was on facing down)

When fully assembled, the unit should look like this;


4. Paint the entire Unit silver.

5. Add light blue highlights at each of the 12 notches around the top piece, along with some on the 3 circles on the top piece.


6. Congrats! Now you're ready to convert some weak emotional humans.
