MERC WITH A MOUTH
At the start of the game, choose an enemy Unique or Event Hero to be Deadpool’s Contract. Instead of attacking Deadpool’s Contract, if it is adjacent, you may reveal an “X” Order Marker on this card. If you do, remove an unrevealed Order Markers from his Contract’s card and roll an unblockable attack die against Deadpool.
What about a single OM?
That would certainly ease a lot of the competitive concerns, but a lot of our OM removal powers are like mindwipes or negotiation (shakedown being an aggressive negotiation) and I just don't see those as Merc with a Mouth powers. He's out there running his mouth which sometimes gets him hurt but also knocks his opponent off their game.
MERC WITH A MOUTH
Enemy figures attacking Deadpool with a normal attack count all blanks rolled as skulls. After rolling defense dice for Deadpool against an opponent's attack, if he does not receive any wounds, the attacking figure receives a wound for each blank Deadpool rolled.
He'd be good at taking out squads just by showing up, but would get pummeled by characters out of his weight class like Thor.
Place the Glyph of Chimichanga in your opponent's Start Zone, Deadpool may add 1 to his attack number when attacking any figures on an adjacent space (or whatever glyph version is for adjacent). Deadpool may add 2 to his attack number if he attack a figure with the Glyph of Chimichanga on its army card.
Then on the Chimichanga, heal 1 wound and remove all Order Markers from this card.
Maybe instead of him having a Contract he as long as there is a glyph of Chimichanga on the board he has to move closer to it until he can eat it. Possibly a Drax or Terminator style move.
I know we’ve been throwing out “This could be a Story Card!” a lot lately, but a Hired Contract Story Card honestly sounds like the perfect use for the concept. It could basically give any Merc/Assassin the Bounty Hunter special power.
Anyways, I really like that latest Merc With a Mouth iteration. I think the design is looking a lot smoother!
I think you should explore the Chimichanga. Good stuff.

I dig that version. I think it hits the right notes.

Did some edits based on the feedback. Really liked how well Arkham's write-up flows together, I think it captures her savagery well. I've put the healing down to 1 just because drafting a few civilians with her to feast on could make her difficult to kill.

Elektra 034 from the Avengers/Defenders Heroclix line. Other Elektras in the same set but different paint scheme. Will mostly need some purple paint over her. Should look similar to the Kitana mini, but purple.
NAME = MILEENA
SPECIES = CLONE / HYBRID
UNIQUENESS = UNIQUE HERO
CLASS = ASSASSIN
PERSONALITY = FEROCIOUS / SADISTIC
SIZE/HEIGHT = MEDIUM 4
LIFE = 5
MOVE = 6
RANGE = 4
ATTACK = 4
DEFENSE = 3
POINTS = ???
BALL ROLL 14
Mileena may use her Ball Roll at any point before or during her normal move. Each time you Roll, you must first subtract 3 from Mileena's movement. Her Roll has a move of 2. While rolling, Mileena can move through all figures and will not take any leaving engagement attacks. If Mileena rolls through a figure, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 14 or higher, it receives a wound.
SAVAGE SAI SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 3 + Special.
When attacking with this special attack, roll one additional die for each Wound Marker on the defending figure's card, to a maximum of +2. After Mileena attacks with this special attack, if she rolled at least 2 skulls, she may attack the same figure with this special attack again, to a maximum of 4 attacks.
MAN EATER
If Mileena destroys an adjacent figure other than an Android or a destructible object with an attack, you may remove 1 Wound Marker from this card and take one additional turn with Mileena.
Old powers
Spoiler Alert!
SAVAGE SAI ASSAULT (not sure on this name)
Mileena can move through all figures, is never attacked when leaving an engagement, and may attack with an adjacent normal attack up to 2 times at any point before, during or after moving as long as she is on a space where she could end her movement.
ROLLING THUNDER 13
Once per player turn, Mileena may use her Rolling Thunder at any point before or during her normal move. If you do, you must first subtract 3 from Mileena’s movement. Her Rolling Thunder has a move of 3. After moving with Rolling Thunder, you may roll the 20-sided die for any figure Mileena moved through with this special power, one at a time. If you roll 13 or higher, that figure receives 1 wound, and until the start of your next turn, that figure cannot move and rolls 1 fewer defense die.
CANNIBAL CRAVING
If Mileena destroys an adjacent figure other than an Android or a destructible object with her normal attack, you may remove 1 Wound Marker from this card. If the destroyed figure was a Unique Hero or Event Hero, you may take one additional turn with Mileena.
Has there been a gun wielder with more than 4 base attack? I always assumed they had 4 attack. Makes sense with the limb power though, which I really dig. Merc with a Mouth looks great too. He looks like he could be an annoying screen for someone like Cable.

My bad then, completely missed that one! Love the design regardless.
Just curious, and I think the design is good without it, but are we moving away from Healing Factor X, or just mixing up the powers for Wolverine, Deadpool etc?
