Not in most powers. For example, Sentry has an "at the end of your turn" power. Does it apply when Sentry has to skip his turn? It would apply if it means "at the end of your player turn". It would not if it means "at the end of your figure's turn".

"ENTER THE DRAGON
Instead of attacking normally, you may choose an adjacent figure with up to 2 Life remaining and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 17 or higher, destroy the chosen figure."

We need to update this wording. Think "Instead of a normal attack" is sufficient?

Not sure what the context is for the needed update or what our goals are. If the goal is for it to be able to replace a single attack instead of an entire attack phase, that edit makes sense.

The player turn/figure turn distinction has been officially decided prior to the Rules Team creation, I believe, yes.

Yes Liu Kang was on the "updates needed" section of the proposal, and his was the only wording that differed language-wise than the others. I'm not great at wording so just wanted to run it by you guys before updated his SP.

Great! Where are those decisions collected?

I have no idea. Do we need to submit that for a formal discussion?

I would also like to submit for formal discussion how we want to define the term "At the start of the round".

Our main options seem to be:

A. It after initiative is rolled
B. It means before Order Markers are placed
C. It's not a term we should use without adding additional clarification, such as "At the start of the round, before rolling for initiative"

We'd have to research, but I think all of these would include some amount of updates, with B probably needing the most and B probably contradicting Hasbro precedent most clearly and C aligning with Hasbro precedent most clearly.
