HH tests done, I'll get them posted later. Right now he's looking like 110-20, but I feel his value will go up against squads/armies when he has more targets.
I tested him at 130, since I feel he may end up there with squad/army tests and I really wanted him to fit there to differentiate him from Pyro and Heat Wave, but I may not get my wish. There are some real bargain heroes in the 130 point range! |

C3G INITIAL PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM
NAME OF THE TEST UNIT Firefly - THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them. Pass - MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game. Pass - BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding. Pass - SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit too powerful or too weak. Pass - POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any. Pass - FUN TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play. Pass - FUN COMPETITIVE TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play against. Pass - DRAFTING TEST/ Consider whether or not this design is worth drafting. Pass - USAGE TEST/ Consider whether or not all of the powers on this card were used or at least usable. Pass - STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game. Pass Heavy Hitter or Mid-Level Hero Test - Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes - What should be the unit's point value? 110-20? - Give a brief overview. I tested Firefly at 130, because a quick glance over of his stats made me think he was probably better than Heat Wave, and I really wanted him to not be compared to Pyro. In the end, 110-20 looked best after the heavy hitters

I expected Firefly to start creeping back up in points during the squad tests, but this one actually wasn't so great for him. Even without Killbox really being a possibility, the SHIELD Agents have the mobility, range, attack and defense to easily take down Firefly. Map: . Units: Firefly v. SHIELD Agents

Honestly after all the heavy hitters and squad tests, I was a little bummed about this guy. But surprisingly, everything started coming together for him in the army tests. I don't know if I just had bad luck before or what, but I had a blast with these tests. Map: . Units: Firefly (120), Killer Croc, Black Mask, Street Thugs x2, Bodyguards x2 (600) vs. Batman, Robin (Tim), Comissioner Gordon, Alfred, Beat Cops x2 (600)

Okay, admittedly Firefly got lucky here with a game-changing, four-skull flamethrower attack against a whiffing Luke Cage. Still, he's pretty fun with Harley, and the Insane-O army is tons of fun! Looks good Margloth. Great job here.
Regarding Mockingbird, she's nasty in melee and vs. short ranged units, but can get chewed up by ranged squads or units without special defense and only 4 lives. 120 looks good, though I honestly wouldn't be shocked to see him go up to 130 - especially if there are a lot more army tests like that!
