Looks right to me.

Since the bonus turn thing wasn't really exploited in the initial, you should be good for public testing, I think.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I mean.... do we really care if Black Tom has his powers sequenced in a way that makes them vaguely useful if you happen to have trees around?

For 60 points Mags can just draft Jubilee who has an area effect attack that works all the time... and a bonding power that's mostly better than Tom's outside of like... wanting to spread out a lot, which you're probably not doing if you're setting up throws for bombs.

Mags being 'the best' option for Tom doesnt really matter when Tom's like a 3rd stringer option for Mags IMO.

That's a good point Warp, but seeing how well they did together, I think if Tom is not the best choice for Mags that's all the more reason I'd not have his cost reflect their pairing more than him and Juggernaut's.
