Flying - question about rules

Hi there all, quick question about flying characters. I havent got the rulebook for the RTTFF which would probably answer my query, so hopefully someone out there can help with this (hopefully) relatively simple question....

Can flying figures fly over scenery? (trees or walls for example) I figure that they probably can as long as they dont finish their move on the hex with the scenery in it.

I'm asking because I'm just spending the evening making some custom scenery and this dilemma just popped into my mind, because its relevant to what I am making.

Looking for a swift answer!! (and if its pointing to another thread that has already asked this question, I apologise now!)
