I really don't know who is active anymore than you do. Best practice is just to PM someone if you're not sure whether they're active or not.

Well, I am, if you want to nominate something of mine. Otherwise, if no-one nominates me, I'm not going to, as life is keeping me busy enough otherwise.

Anyone can nominate a design, you can nominate one of your choosing. Then, they'll open the round for voting once nominations are closed.

More or less, except anyone can nominate designs, not just Heroes. So if there's something you've seen in the Public Design thread (providing that the designer's an Ally and has 15+ points) that you really like, go ahead and nominate it!

I didn't know if I was aloud to nominate was what I was asking, I thought the top dogs did that them the community voted from there. Thanks good to know for the future.

Also I'm going to test this out. I just looked at the recent Public Post designs, and it would like to nominate laughing matters WW Hulk. No redo's lol.

It's all of the allies and their designs.

I'd click on someone's name and check to see when their last visit or post was, if it wasn't in the last month-ish, I'd say they probably aren't active.

I think that needs updated as well.. @Yodaking is a sidekick now correct?

This one's tough with AS and Marrowick out of the running, all the recent promotions, and @Blink being MIA...
