I’d argue that, being a phantom also, those two things are a bit more intrinsic.

I can see it both ways. A leader that's more powerful isn't unreasonable. I think Stealth Flying takes up even more space than the other two combined, though.

Latest revision of Jason here. Took some of the suggestions from you guys into account and changed up Info. Gathering a bit and played around with him some more. I found that around 70 points seems fine because of the ability's situational usage. |

I think last time I only commented on shotgun blast, and my feelings are still there.
With this, I feel like looking at OMs just simply isn’t worth the activation cost and a D20 roll. Maybe if he had a bonus to figures he investigates? Right now I’m looking at him and Murphy, and I’ll take Murphy. That’s ultimately due in large part to play style and preference, so take what I say lightly. |

I don't really think that the order marker bit is especially useful. It can be somewhat helpful information, but it's only on a 15+. Moving one of your own order markers is far more useful, though situational, and therefore not especially likely to hit at the right time. Either way, you have to give up a turn with a more useful unit to even try. The shotgun makes him somewhat worthwhile, as the blast itself is sometimes a good move.
As a "Johnny Sullivan with a bonus power" guy he's ok, but underpriced. Ignoring potential synergies, he's identical to Johnny except with +1 Defense, Information Gathering, and a 5pt bump. The Defense boost alone is definitely worth more than the extra 5pts. (I don't see the need for Defense 3 here anyway.) I'd say Information Gathering is worth more than the 5 too, but probably not worth more than 10. |

Personally, I'm not sure I really see the point of what is basically another Johnny Sullivan? Like we already have Johnny and James and this guy is right around the same cost with the same power... I'm just not seeing what the unit really adds to the game right now.
IDK, I think I'd rather see the Information Gathering power boosted into something more useful and either give him a higher price or just ditch the Shotgun altogether. Something to give him a more unique place in the game than 'the other slightly better Johnny'. I'd rather see the Info gathering Automatic on the chosen figure. You are already having to use an OM on this guy. I'd still call him an Agent.
Double Barreled Shotgun Special Attack If Agent Jason did not move, you may use this Special Attack. (Same as Johnny's special, but allowing you to pick two targets.) Are there any powers that place glyphs? Because that could be something for Information Gathering: once the game starts, this guy can roll the 20-sided die to place a single glyph (limited to specific ones, maybe?) to simulate finding out the other army’s “weaknesses”?
