I might list Water Bucket first just because the entirety of the power is start of game.

I don’t think you need the last “on” in the first power.

Should be really interesting to play!

Gleek gets to take a turn after each Wonder Twin, right? So on one turn you'll get a turn with Zan-Gleek-Jayna-Gleek for example.

Looks like a solid companion piece. Daring Decoy makes him pretty useful.

That was the idea correct. Figured 2 attacks of 2 wouldn’t be problematic and he’ll probably die quick due to Daring Decoy.

Yeah interesting to see what tricks you can try in the JL faction, like with Wondy and GA.

Only weirdness I can see is that, as-is, you can make holes in the battlefield - like scoop up a water tile in the middle of a river. Which isn't anything broken, just kind of weird. You could probably jam a "cannot remove tiles with a height of zero" type line in there, but it's already pretty complex. Not sure if there's a more elegant way to resolve that.
