Yeah, the only people who are allowed to join are people who only have 1 RotV, 1 Marvel, and no more that 5 small expansions, and no more than one large...and they can't have any exculsive items.

If this is now a request thread, can anyone build a map that uses 2 rotv, 1 sotm, 1 fota, 1 vw, 1 tt, and 1 rtff?
