Spoiler Alert!
Arrow, while iffy for me during the opening episodes of season 1, has become one of my favorite shows. And last night's episode was fun and done very well...I look forward to January.

Re: The C3G Cave - Hangout

I just finished watching Man of Steel. DC needs to find some different people to help them make their (Non-Batman) live action movies. Maybe promote the people who do the animated stuff, which is great. Or get the people from Smallville back together and make a Superman movie with them. I would even like to see some live action DC movies geared more towards kids, I think the characters lend themselves well to those types of stories.

One part I liked was that he did super leaps before he started flying, like the character did historically. And there were some good scenes of Superman doing cool Superman stuff.

I'm going to check out Arrow soon, I keep hearing good things about it.

Kids have the animated stuff. What's wrong with targeting the live action stuff to adults? I for one am glad that superhero movies are no longer seen as "just for kids."

I didn't dig Arrow when I watched the first episode, but it's on my Netflix queue, so I'll eventually give it another chance here.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The C3G Cave - Hangout

Sony is in fact pushing the limits of the Spiderman franchise. They have now announced plans for both a Sinister Six and a Venom stand alone film. Not sure if that means Spider-Man will not be in either film or how that would then work.

I was alright with that, actually. Probably because I've never really liked the Mandarin (I'm sure he's developed over time, but my exposure to him comes mostly from really old comics and that version would be a PR disaster to say the least). Also, Ben Kingsley is currently up to some unknown something with Marvel, which raises some questions for the character's future.

I liked it, a nice twist that was definitely interesting!

Definitely keep on it, every episode get better. The second season especially was phenomenal, almost every episode has a different comic villain who is very true to the comics. They even featured the Dollmaker from the new Dark Knight comic series.

Re: The C3G Cave - Hangout

Apparently, my views differ considerably from you guys. I loved Man of Steel. I thought it was done really well with his origin done in flashbacks. I also found the overarching story to be quite interesting and entertaining.

On the other hand, I didn't enjoy IM3 nearly as much as I expected to. I was okay with the whole Mandarin thing, but I didn't like the aspect where Tony was repairing that stupid armor the whole movie WHEN HE HAD 50 MORE SUITS AVAILABLE FOR THE FINAL BATTLE. *ugh*

I think Wolverine was is my favorite most recent superhero movie, though. It's the closest Marvel movie we've seen to rated R and the cinematography was beautiful. That and the fact that I have a huge heterosexual crush on Hugh Jackson.
