Hello!

Hello everyone I'm Brunaks! Just getting back into HeroScape for the first time in almost ten years and I am quite excited. I joined the forum back in 2008 when I was 14 and this is the first time I've logged on in 9 and a half years! Just got a first edition master set and Orm's Return off of EBay and I just wanted to say hello to everyone.

Re: Hello!

Welcome back, kid! The customs community has been very busy while you were away. It should help you pile up some figures.

The designs of the Age of Annihilation, and their ACES compatibility with VC
C3V "Easily the best quality classic customs I have ever seen."

I'd highly recommend checking out the c3v project. It's basically a highly organized group of super-designers (are they genetically enhanced? Let's just say I don't know that they're not and leave it at that...) who have been releasing very high-quality custom designs in "waves" similar to the classic releases. One of the things I appreciate about c3v is that they put a lot of care into making sure that each release fits within the established design "aesthetic" of classic heroscape, so the units feel a lot more like classic designs than most customs.

At this point they have a TON of releases. Here's a great thread to get started which explains the project in more detail, and contains links to the different custom threads: https://www.heroscapers.com/communit...ad.php?t=36852 And of course, if you ever have any questions feel free to ask around!

I'll definetly check it out! I've seen a lot of their stuff on EBay and it all looks high quality too. Aesthetically speaking, the desgins seem to fit in well.

Well that's a little closer! One of these days you'll have to make a trek down for a heroscape weekend here or something. that said, it's still a solid 5.5hr drive haha...at that point you might be better off going to the tournaments in Everrett, WA they have a pretty good group there.
