Thanks, missed that post. Not too sure what I'm going to do yet. Maybe an altered, repainted yellow jacket figure might work. He comes in at 3 inches tall. Gotta figure out a way to make that cloak though.

Yeah, I have both Spectre and Yellowjacket on my desk right now and they stand almost exactly the same height.

I have a question about intangibility: it says he cannot be attacked by non-adjacent figures or special powers that require clear sight. Does that include adjacent special powers or exclusively non-adjacent? Also can raven use her soul self on spectre or does it have to explicitly state that clear sight is needed, I ask because Darkseid's ability specifically states clear sight is not needed.

Nope. It just means they have to be adjacent to attack him. Not really sure about Raven as it says a figure within 10 spaces of her and not clear sight spaces. Would probably need some hero input there, but I'd venture to say it works. typically though, unless a power says a unit does not need clear sight to attack, they can only attack a figure with Intangibility with Adjacent normal or Special Attacks.

Unless otherwise stated, attacks (both normal and special) require clear sight to attack non-adjacent figures. Special powers, however, are another matter. Soul Self does not specify clear sight, so she would be able to use it on Spectre, even if she is not adjacent.
