    How does Roy "Lawless" Mcready' Bullet Haze work? Does he have to attack the same opponent?
    No, once Roy "Lawless" Mcready attacks one opponent, you can choose any figure within range and attack again. The second figure can be the same figure you attacked the first time, or a different one.

The figure used for this unit is Foolkiller from Marvel Heroclix Set. The name and model number is Foolkiller Deadpool and X-Force #003b.

I like the flavor going on with this guy. The only thing I can see that needs changed is the Bulletproof vest ability. Its that a Bulletproof vest doesn't ricochet back to the attacker. Also, when the wearer is shot, it still hurts pretty bad, just doesn't kill them as easily when getting hit by smaller caliber rounds.
He no longer has the Bulletproof Vest power anymore.

Shocking Revelation
When rolling attack dice, if Electrocutioner 312* rolls a skull on every die, the defending figure can not roll defense dice. Shocking Revelation Sting does not affect destructible objects.

Shock n Awe
After attacking, you must roll the 20-sided die once for each figure adjacent to Electrocutioner 312*. If you roll a 17 or higher, that figure receives one wound. Soulborgs are not affected by Shock n Awe.

Damping Field
When an opponent's Soulborg figure moves onto a space within 2 clear sight spaces of Electrocutioner 312*, that figure must end its move there. Figures can never move through any figure affected by Damping Field.

Titanium Claws
When rolling attack dice for a normal attack against Soulborg figures or destructible objects, Electrocutioner 312* always adds 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled.

Bio: The prison planet of Isadora has been in chaos. It was time that a new executioner would be made. After remaining Soulborgs on Isadora created Electrocutioner 312*. This Soulborg started to bring order to Isadora with his Ruthless tactic. He started to search the rest of the prison plant to find the missing executioner and warden. Just before leaving Isadora to Alpha Prime, a ray of light teleported Electrocutioner 312* to a mysterious planet. It was the general Valkrill that summoned Prisoner 816 to do battle on Valhalla. Electrocutioner 312* vowed to defeat Valkrill's enemies.

Hero Spotlight: With four new powers that would give Electrocutioner 312* offensive capabilities. His Shocking Revelation would devastate Electrocution 312* foes, if he manages to roll a skull on every die. The Shock n Awe power can be devastating to all adjacent figures, if you roll a 17 or higher. Electrocutioner 312* has a Damping Field, this power can stop any Soulborg figure that the opponent controls, if they get to close to Electrocutioner 312*. Titanium Claws makes it so that Electrocutioner 312* can get 1 automatic skull when attacking Soulborgs or Destructible Objects.

-Rulings and Clarifications-
  • - SHOCK N AWE : Clarification on “After Attacking”
    Electrocutioner 312’s* Shock n Awe states “After Attacking” does that mean that he can choose to not attack and he won’t have to roll for Shock n Awe (for example, if he has friendly figures adjacent to him)?
    Nice try! No, Electrocutioner 312* will still have to roll for Shock n Awe even if he chooses not to attack. The note of “after attacking” is just to tell you where during your turn you “must” roll for it. Just like previous powers that state “before moving” or “after moving and before attacking” it isn’t contingent on actually doing those functions (you can choose not to move, just like you can choose not to attack), it is only a note of when that special power would take effect during that figure's turn. Electrocutioner 312* always rolls for Shock n Awe.

    A: Maybe, Dying Wrath can only activate when Skald* is attacked by any adjacent normal or special attack and receives enough wounds to be destroyed. However, Dying Wrath can still hit those around him even if a non-adjacent figure is the one who attacked him.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, I didn't look through all of your customs, but is their a reason Morsbane is listed as a synergy option for range 1 + defense 3 or less + large/huge with him being medium 5?

Did you meant to put someone else?

Did you put that image on the card yourself? If so, good job! He seems a bit fragile for 240 points, even with those 2 defensive abilities.

His attack and defense are in reverse order of Kantono Daishi 2 attack & 5 defense. What do you think I should change in order to make him worthy?
