Are there any threads that tell you how to make your own heroscape cards
without installing anything? my computer doesnt have a ton of memory left... Thanx.

read past the 1st few posts & further down you will see somebody discuss how they make the cards using MS Paint. But as the first few posts point out it is much easier with something like Photoshop or Gimp.
