It might be cool theme that Jason reappears if Etrigan destroys a figure? Or maybe at the end of the round if Etrigan destroyed a figure? Or like Hulk 1.0 if Etrigan isn't engaged at the end of the round? Basically like he's no longer feeling threatened, so he reverts.

That could look really good! I think there could be some awesome synergy going on with Jason between either etrigan at that point.

ARISE THE DEMON ETRIGAN
If you have a figure named Etrigan in your Army you must have it start the game on Jason's Army Card instead of on the battlefield. After taking a turn with Jason Blood you may replace his figure with Etrigan's. Take a turn with Etrigan and then take no additional turns with figures you control, if Etrigan is not engaged at the end of the round then replace his figure with Jason's.

EXORCISM WARDING
If a figure begins their turn adjacent to Jason Blood, immediately roll 1 unblockable attack die against them. If a blank is rolled then you may remove an Order Marker from that figure's Army Card.

I wouldn't be surprised if it came in at a lower price. Even when used optimally and waiting until your spell caster receives 3W from one attack and also surviving some how, it's only 1.5 W on average in return. Most times you'll end up using it vs. 1 or maybe 2 W attacks, resulting in many 0 or 1W effects. Some of the first batch of spells dealt 1W when used and only came in at 10 points. Since this one has a deterrent factor to it, along with a higher ceiling, I'd start out at 15 points or 20 points see what testing looks like.

POLKA-DOT SUIT
Start the game with one black, one green, one red, and one yellow Polka-Dot Marker on this card. As long as there is at least one Polka-Dot Marker on this card, Polka-Dot Man may add 2 to his Range number and is considered to have the Flying special power.

POLKA-DOT PROJECTILE
At the beginning of Polka-Dot Man's turn, you may remove up to one Polka-Dot Marker from this card and choose a figure within 3 clear sight spaces of Polka-Dot Man. If you remove a:

• Black Polka-Dot Marker, place the chosen figure on an empty space within 8 clear sight spaces of its original placement. A figure moved this way will not take leaving engagement attacks;
• Green Polka-Dot Marker, roll one unblockable attack die against the chosen figure. Instead of attacking this turn, you may roll one additional unblockable attack die;
• Red Polka-Dot Marker, move the chosen figure one space from its original placement and when attacking that figure this turn, add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled by Polka-Dot Man;
• Yellow Polka-Dot Marker, for the rest of this player turn, the chosen figure may not roll for any leaving engagement attacks and rolls one less combat die when rolling for Defense.

Figure Modification Instructions

Supplies needed: X-Acto Knife, Sanding Block/Manicure Block, White Spray paint (optional), Acrylic hobby paint (White, Black, Skintone, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Orange), Toothpicks

1. First step is removing the ridges in the figures hairline. Carefully use your knife to clip the front of his hair. You want a rounded dome for his white cap.

2. I then used my sanding block and manicure block to remove any remaining ridges. I mainly used the manicure block for this as the ridges were not super noticeable. Be careful when rubbing as the figures head is not attached strongly to the body; do not apply more than a moderate to minimal amount of pressure.

3. (Optional) I then used my knife and sanding block to remove the ridges on the figures thighs, as I thought they were a bit too noticeable for my liking. If you don't want to whittle and scrape these away, move to step 4.

4. You're ready to paint.... almost, kind of. Because his suit is almost entirely white, I used a white spray paint (matte primer) to try to get the best uniform coverage. You don't have to use spray paint and could instead paint white acrylic brush paint instead, but I think the spray paint is a lot less painful. If you go the route of brushing the white on, I would suggest watering down your white a bit, if you have a white like mine that gets chalky quickly, and using several thin coats of paint. Like I said, spraying the primer on is a lot less painful.

5. Once your white base is dry and ready, you can move on to painting his black trunks and red belt. Some comics have red underpants with the red belt, while the older ones have him in black trunks. I chose the black trunks as his hands are placed on his hips and I thought the black would offer better contrast.

6. While you have the red out for his belt, you will need to paint a red band around his head for his eye mask. Don't be afraid to start a little wide with the mask as you will paint it down to size later.

7. Once you have sufficient coverage on the trunks and belt, you can work to finalize the line between the two. I think I started with red first then went back to black to create a nice definite line.

8. Once you have sufficient coverage on his red mask, you can move to skintone and white to hone in the lines on his face. I chose to give him a couple of ears and took his white cap on the backside of his head down past his mask line, to the hair line so I didn't have to paint on any hair.

9. Now for the fun part, adding the polka-dots! I used toothpicks for this part. I literally poked him with toothpicks to make the polka-dots. Use a separate toothpick for each color (black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue). You can start small by just touching the paint with the tip of the toothpick and then applying it by giving him a light prick with the painted end. If the dots are too small you add a bit more paint to your toothpick and try to aim for the center of a smaller dot; beware though, if you miss the center you may have an oblong dot and the only way to fix that is to paint over with white or make the dot much larger. Try to randomize your color placement as best you can. I actually found this step to be the funnest part of this mod.

10. My final steps in any of my mods are to apply an acrylic sealer to protect the paint job and to rebase the figure after everything is dry.
