C3G Filler Design Contest (Winners Announced!)

C3G Members and Fans, We have a new design contest for you!

The contest is to try and expand our low point library!

My goal is to expand the library of C3G with some new options for filler for the many factions of C3G!

Here are the rules:

1. Unlike normal Public Design Nominations, Designs for this contest may be submitted by the designer or nominated by someone else (Designers must be at least Ally level within C3G).

2. All submitted designs need to look to be costing 50 points or less. Other designers around here would be happy to help you out at looking at what current costs of the design feel like.

2a. Designs must be figure-based designs (so no Spells or Story Cards, but VDOs are okay!)

3. Designs submitted must be on theme. This contest will have a general theme to work with to design some filler.

4. There will be a workshopping phase here in thread where designs may be posted and discussed to get it within point aim if you are uncertain.

5. When ready to submit, post your design with "Official Submission" in bold. Design submissions cost 1 point to submit. Designers may submit up to 2 designs, but must pay 2 points for the second submission. All designs must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST, 6/13.

6. After the submission period ends, there will be a brief check to make sure any last minute submissions meet guidelines.

7. All submissions will be placed into a bracket to be voted to the top by you, the public. If there is a large amount of submissions, there may be a general all at once ranked vote to help create brackets.

8. The winning design will get to run their design for free, immediately after the voting ends! In Raffle style, second and third place in the contest will get a credit from the pool of submitted points toward running the specific designs that ranked.

This months theme is: DC Comics!

Submissions must fit within any of our DC Comics themed factions.
They may also be generic DC pieces not tied to a faction, or can even be totally Generic (see the Splitting Images for reference)

Absolutely! 50 points is more to help guide things to the right area. With the nature of testing and costing, things can fluctuate but working together in workshopping can help things get to the target area.

We aren't going to like, chargeback things if it gets higher. Well, unless you like, intentionally try and jack costs up in the design thread, but that's another discussion and I trust people not to try and abuse things intentionally.

Great question! We are limiting it to C3G Members (aka Allies on up) for the contest. If you aren't an Ally yet, go check out our playtesting thread! That's the quickest way to join C3G and reach Ally Status (and how you get the points necessary to buy in)!

League Assassin can move through all figures and is never attacked when leaving an engagement.

TRIAL BY BLOOD
If this League Assassin destroys an enemy figure with its normal attack, you may immediately replace it on the battlefield with a previously destroyed Elite League Assassin figure in your Army. If you do, remove this figure from the game.

I think I need to figure out a mini for it as well.

All figures can move through Remote Control Plane. A Remote Control Plane is never considered engaged to another figure and may not make normal attacks. Remote Control Plane is considered a destructible object in addition to what is listed on this card for any special powers.

DIVE BOMB SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 3.
A Remote Control Plane may only use this special attack against a figure that it was not adjacent to at the start of the turn. The defending figure does not receive any additional dice from terrain effects or height advantage for this attack. After attacking with this special attack, roll one unblockable against this figure.
