It's not all Christians that are so "traditionalist" I am Luteran and they often are more open minded than Catholics/Baptists. Where I grew up in Southern WI, our Pastor (a former rocket scientist) married the Organist then a few years later when he left to teach at a Seminary he was replaced with a female pastor.

Congratulations! That is great. I was just wondering what had happened to you the other day. Boy this takes me back to the .net days. It was about a year ago that you told us of these problems. As for me, I was serving my dream church when I suddenly got called into the Senior Pastor’s office and fired. Complete surprise to me especially after they told me that the actual work I had done was excellent; instead they didn’t think I had the right personality for ministry. Of course all the examples they could give were when I disagreed with the Senior Pastor…. so now I’m working part time in retail putting that Master’s Degree to great use. Again, I’m happy for you.
