I was rebuffed. I was promoted to Hero mid-design (I believe) and was not really looking to make waves right then. I think it is no surprise that her cost is higher than Black Canary without the Green Arrow bonus attack.

It was established early that 200 was a cut off for that design and that is exactly what happened.

I always thought the reason she cost more than Black Canary was because Defensive Premonition is generally better than Canary Cry? (At least, that's the vibe I got during testing.)

Just standard attack boosting stuff, especially Star-Lord (Cap, Rover, [censored], Zombie, etc)

Even with the change to it all being a Special Attack? [censored] is still a good option though for insurance of course.

Oh, heh, sorry I missed the change. Yeah, really no concerning synergies.

Star-Lord would still be my go-to build here, for the simple reason that he's a guy with no real synergies, a unique species and an extremely rare class. He doesn't need a multi-attacking normal to make Star-Lord an obvious build option with that considered (though of course that never hurts ).
