Without looking it up (meaning there's probably a more succinct definition): german for above (and also, in a sense, greater) - often used in english to mean conquering.
And you can see her

A qualifier meant to rank something higher or to a greater degree. Such as Uber Geek is a Geek who is more achieved or geekier than other geeks. Uber cool would be another way of saying super cool.
