Mythical creatures... or are they?

Hi. I was wondering what you guys think of creatures like Big Foot and Lochness monster. Do you guys belive in them or do you think the stories and photos are fake or caused by overactive imaginations?
Also, please give your opinions on them or share stories you've heard.

Loch Ness Monster is fiction. They've scanned the lake - there's nothing in there.

Bigfoot, however, is possible... not probable by any stretch, but possible. There's a lot of uncharted land in the northwest USA, and a small group of apes could, potentially, live there. However, lack of evidence certainly puts a damper on things.

Incorrect. They simply did not find any conclusive evidence. For conclusive evidence that the creature does not exist in the loch would require that the entire loch is scanned at one single time, not in sections as it was. Besides, underwater scans are highly subject to interpretation.

Now quit making me look like I believe there is something prehistoric living beneath the waters of Loch Ness just because your use of logic stinks!

Just because you're offended, it doesn't make you right.

Also, Loch Ness has vast underwater caves running horizontally at very deep levels in the lake, areas that couldn't be very accurately scanned by SideScan Sonar passes...

I think the should use a sub to get a good look. Though most will probably be unwilling to spend that much money on a mythical creature search.

Not sure I buy Bigfoot, but with living fossils like Coelacanths around I've kinda always hoped Nessie was some sort of Plieosaur (though perhaps dead now, the last of her kind). Dunno, just fun to speculate.

Bigfoot is fake. No conclusive evidence, and half the time it's some grainy photo taken a mile away.

I'm pretty sure we'd of found the thing by now. the thing is like 10 feet tall, walking around on land.

and about the loch ness monster... it's a log. when you have a photo/motion picture with it, and you can't tell if it's a log or a sea monster, i'm pretty sure it's a log.

anyways, giant squids are awesome, the coolest animals ever, with actual evidence. bodies wash up on shores, AND photographic evidence. Do you ever find a loch ness monster body or a bigfoot body? a giant squid lives deep in the ocean, and we can't find something living on land?!

Really? Huh. I could have sworn they went through the whole thing... still, it's highly unlikely.

Why'd don't they just drain the lake, and kill the forests to find out?

I think they're both real. What about the Yeti?

I was hiking once and I saw Bigfoot. He was standing next to a wall of ice so he was hard to see. I reached for my camera, but he was gone when I looked up. I walked over to the ice wall to look for tracks. Next thing I know, THREE bigfoots appear out of the wall.

They beat me up and took my camera, but I lived to tell the tale.
